Daniel A. Cooper is a civil litigator working with Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, pharmacies, and physicians from which he has become very well versed in healthcare law. He has provided legal advice, guidance, and litigation services to businesses and individuals in a variety of areas including real estate and business disputes. Mr. Cooper has experience ranging from work with large institutions to defend catastrophic brain injuries/birth injuries to advising budget conscious individuals with matters in small claims court.

Daniel A. Cooper was named a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine in 2015, and Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018. He has also earned the coveted “10” score by the prestigious AVVO rating service.

Mr. Cooper obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2007. In law school, Mr. Cooper clerked for the largest law firm in Argentina translating documents and handling transactional cases.

Born in New York City, Mr. Cooper grew up in Los Angeles County. He lives with his wife Sarah, in the South Bay. Outside of his practice, he enjoys skiing, college football and is learning golf.
